Terms of Use
Sets out the conditions under which your account operates, including eligibility, account suspension grounds, and the process for voluntary account closure.
397pk operates under a defined legal framework that sets out what you can expect from us and what we expect from you when you open an account. These...
Access to 397pk services is extended where local law permits, and your account is subject to the jurisdiction terms applicable to supported regions in Pakistan. When you complete account registration, you confirm that you meet the eligibility conditions set out in our terms. All financial activity — including deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay, or Raast — is logged against your verified account
and subject to our transaction review process. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for deposit wherever the payment rail allows it. We retain records of account activity in line with our data retention schedule, and you may request a summary of your account data at any time through our support channel. Any dispute arising from account activity is
handled under the escalation process detailed in Section 7 of our full terms document.
Service availability is jurisdiction-dependent. Users are responsible for checking local law before access.
We review our legal documents on a scheduled cycle and update them whenever regulations change in supported regions. Each update is version-stamped so you can see what changed and when.
Every core policy document goes through a formal review cycle. When a change is made, the previous version is archived and the new version carries a publication date so you always know which terms are current.
Alongside the full legal text, we publish a plain-language summary of each policy so you can understand your rights and obligations without working through dense legal language every time a term is updated.
We maintain a version history for our terms of use and privacy notice. If you want to compare the current version with a previous one, you can request the archive through our support email channel.
Our terms include clauses written specifically for accounts registered in Pakistan, covering local payment rails — JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay, Raast — and the account verification process used for Pakistani documents.
You can submit a data access or deletion request at any time. We process these requests within the timeframe set by our privacy notice and confirm completion in writing to the email on your account.
If an internal resolution does not satisfy your concern, our terms set out a clear escalation path. You will receive written acknowledgement within 48 hours of lodging a formal dispute through the support email channel.
Our policy pages share a consistent structure so you can find the same information in the same place regardless of which section you land on. Jurisdiction terms, account conditions, and contact paths...

Our legal section is structured so that every document you need is reachable from one place. Account-holders can move between policy pages without returning to the...
All active policy documents are listed on one index page inside your account dashboard. You do not need to search the site or contact support to locate the current version of any legal document we publish.
Every policy page carries a last-updated date at the top. When we revise a document, that date changes and a brief change summary is appended at the foot of the page for quick reference.
A direct link to the legal index sits inside your account dashboard under the Settings section. It is reachable in two taps on mobile and does not require you to exit the account area to find it.
Each policy document is formatted for print as well as screen. If you need a physical copy for your records, the print layout removes navigation elements and produces a clean document with page numbers.
The legal section supports in-page text search so you can jump to a specific clause or term without scrolling through the full document. Use your browser search function or the search bar at the top of the policy index.
When a policy document that applies to your account is updated, we send a notification to the email address registered on your account before the new terms take effect, giving you time to review the changes.
